Man Charged Over Offensive Weapon

Homicide detectives from the Specialist Crime Command have charged Gurjeet Singh, 29, after the tragic deaths of three men aged 29, 30, and 38 in Seven Kings on Sunday, 19 January. Singh, from South Park Crescent, Ilford, was charged on 21 January with possessing an offensive weapon in public. He is set to appear at Redbridge Magistrates’ Court on 22 January.

Investigation Ongoing, Another Suspect in Custody

Singh remains under investigation for the murders. Meanwhile, a second man arrested is still in police custody. Detectives are working to confirm the identities of the victims and inform their next of kin.

No Motive or Further Arrests Yet

Police say the motive behind the killings is still unclear, but they currently believe the incident is not linked to gang violence. At this stage, officers do not plan further murder arrests.
