Man Charged After Young Woman Stabbed in Newham Park
A 21-year-old man is facing serious charges after a stabbing in Newham Park left a young woman fighting for her life.
Connor Deegan Arrested
Connor Deegan, 21, currently of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted murder, possession of an offensive weapon, and theft. He is set to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 19 February.
Victim in Serious Condition
The attack happened on Monday, 17 February, at Little Ilford Park, Dore Avenue, E12. An 18-year-old woman was found with stab wounds and rushed to hospital. Her condition remains serious but stable.
