Knife Killer Jean Marc Dable Jailed for 12 Years Over Fatal Stabbing at Music Party

Jean Marc Dable, 25, with no fixed address, has been slapped with a 12-year sentence at the Old Bailey after pleading guilty to manslaughter. The brutal attack claimed the life of 24-year-old Dylon following a music event in converted garages in Seven Kings.

Deadly Fallout from Late-Night Music Bash

The violence erupted after a party at Telegraph Mews on 24 November 2019. Police were first called at 6:10am to reports of a fight, but found no stab injuries on the scene. Minutes later, officers rushed to Ilford Lane where Dylon was discovered with fatal knife wounds.

Despite officers administering first aid and paramedics rushing him to hospital, Dylon died at 12:36pm. A post-mortem confirmed a stab wound as the cause of death.

Chaos Turns Deadly: From Disagreement to Murder

Dable and Dylon had mingled peacefully at the party. But as they left, tension flared between their groups. While Dylon tried to calm the situation, Dable ignored efforts to restrain him and lunged with a knife. Dable was also injured and later arrested on suspicion of murder.

He admitted carrying a knife that night, concealed between his buttocks—a chilling habit he’d kept hidden until now.

Police Crack Down on Violence

Detective Inspector Adam Callaghan said: “Homicide teams across the Met work relentlessly to achieve justice for victims. Our thoughts remain with Dylon’s grieving family. Dable will now be stopped from causing further harm. London streets are safer with him behind bars. He has years to reflect on the brutal choices that ended a young life.”

Dable’s 12-year prison term sends a clear message: carry a knife, risk losing your freedom—and ruin lives in the process.
