Milton Keynes drug dealer locked up for three years after coke and heroin bust
Sharmarke Hassan, 24, from Boycott Avenue, Milton Keynes, has been jailed for three years for trying to supply cocaine and heroin. The sentencing came at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday (6 November) following his guilty plea last month.
Drugs raid uncovers stash and cash
The drama started back on 15 March 2019 when police executed a drugs warrant at a property in Petersfield Green, Milton Keynes. Officers found Hassan with a ball of drugs stuffed in his trousers, along with £500 in cash and a mobile phone.
He was arrested the very next day and charged with possession with intent to supply both cocaine and heroin.
Police crackdown on county lines and organised crime
Detective Constable Becci Wade, part of the Stronghold team at Milton Keynes police, said: “Tackling drug supply is always a top priority for Thames Valley Police. We actively disrupt drug dealers in our communities.”
She added: “Through our Stronghold campaign, we’re committed to smashing serious organised crime and county lines drug dealing. We urge the public to report any info about drugs in their area to help us keep neighbourhoods safe.”
This conviction sends a clear message to all drug suppliers: police are on the hunt, and they won’t stop until the streets are clean.
