Boy, 1, in Critical Condition After Incident in Redcar Village
Cleveland Police were called to Dale Street, near Redcar, on Tuesday morning following a serious incident involving a one-year-old child.
Child Rushed to Hospital
The toddler is now in a critical condition at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle. Authorities have not revealed the nature of the injuries.
26-Year-Old Man Arrested
Police arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with the case. A spokeswoman said:
“Officers are continuing with their inquiries into the circumstances around how the child came about her injuries. A 26-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and he remains in police custody.”
