Serial Predator Jordan Croft Jailed for 18 Years
Jordan Croft, 26, from Worthing, West Sussex, has been locked up for 18 years after admitting to coercing 26 victims, mostly children aged 12 to 22, into sending explicit photos and videos. The vile predator used online chat platforms to trap young girls, dominating and controlling them with ruthless cruelty.
A Web of Deception and Abuse
The National Crime Agency (NCA) revealed that Croft communicated with over 5,000 people on just one platform. He hid behind multiple fake accounts and used encrypted phones and messaging apps to evade capture. Croft demanded disturbing and degrading content around the clock, often forcing girls at school to send nude “custom pics” on his command.
He admitted to a “toilet kink,” forcing victims to notify him before using the bathroom and film themselves urinating or defecating. Some were even forced to perform enemas. His sickening abuse spanned years, secretly saved on encrypted devices labelled with victims’ names and ages.
Horrifying Control and Blackmail
Croft lied about his age, often pretending to be a teenage boy to gain trust. When victims agreed to move to encrypted chats on Telegram, he revealed his real identity and confessed to being a “catfish” and a “pedo into girls 12-14.” Many were forced to sign a twisted “contract of sexual slavery,” verbally agreeing to his demands.
“You did everything you could to control them… Your desire to control and humiliate these young girls is clear.” – Judge Christine Laing QC
When girls tried to pull away or refused to comply, Croft threatened to expose them to family and social media followers. He boasted about having a cyber security degree and believed this would keep him hidden from law enforcement.
Justice Served at Lewes Crown Court
Police arrested Croft in September 2019 after linking his usernames to abuse reports from multiple forces across England. A thorough investigation uncovered his vast operation involving 20 online profiles across four messaging platforms.
Faced with 65 charges, including causing or inciting child sexual activity, blackmail, and possession of over 900 indecent images in the most serious categories, Croft pled guilty to every count.
Last Friday (11 November), Croft was sentenced to 18 years behind bars and eight years on licence. He will remain on the sex offenders’ register for life and is subject to an indefinite sexual harm prevention order and a restraining order barring contact with his victims.
Victims Left Devastated
Judge Christine Laing described Croft as “an extremely dangerous serial paedophile” whose “lengthy premeditated and sadistic abuse” left victims psychologically scarred. “Many felt they had no safe space and no choice but to comply with your revolting demands,” she said.
Justice has finally caught up with Croft, but the trauma he inflicted on his young victims will take years to heal.
