Teen Mob Stabs Man at King George V Park

DRAMA erupted around 3.20pm on April 10th when three friends hanging out behind shops at King George V Playing Field were confronted by a gang of 14 and 15-year-olds. Horrifyingly, one teen pulled a knife and stabbed a man in his twenties.

Victim Injured but Expected to Survive

The victim suffered non-life-threatening stab wounds to his body but remains lucky to be alive. Police are now scrambling to piece together exactly what happened in the shocking attack.

Police Hunt Witnesses and CCTV Footage

Detective Chief Inspector John Fitzgerald appealed for the public’s help, saying:

“Enquiries are in the early stages to establish what happened. I’d encourage anyone who was in the park at the time and saw or heard anything to come forward.”

“I also ask local residents to check their CCTV, doorbell, and dashcam footage for anything suspicious.”
