A former Surrey Police officer who preyed on a vulnerable crime victim has narrowly dodged prison after pleading guilty to misconduct in a public office. Ross Martin, 35, admitted sending inappropriate sexual messages and making phone calls to the victim while on duty.
Martin appeared at 123.
