Isle of Wight Street on Lockdown After Teen Stabbed in Shocking Attack
A teenager has been rushed to hospital after a stabbing in Cowes, Isle of Wight, in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The brutal attack has left the quiet street in lockdown as police launch a full investigation.
Teenager Found Bleeding on Love Lane
Neighbours sounded the alarm after spotting the teen bleeding heavily from stab wounds. Emergency services rushed to Love Lane, where paramedics treated him at the scene before rushing him to St Mary’s Hospital in Newport.
His current condition remains unknown as police continue to guard the hospital and launch urgent inquiries.
Police Block Off Streets Amid Large-Scale Hunt
Police have sealed off Love Lane, Elm Grove, and part of Windmill Close with blue and white police tape. Residents have been told to stay indoors while officers and detectives scour the area for clues.
A police van remains parked near the attack site, with a heavy presence of vehicles and officers pouring into the area.
