Dangerous Fugitive Johnny on the Loose After Escaping Hospital
Johnny bolted from the facility in Billing Road around 3.30pm yesterday. He was serving a hospital order following serious assault and arson convictions.
Police Issue Urgent Public Warning
The public is urged NOT to approach Johnny. He’s described as white, roughly 5ft 9, slim build, last seen wearing black Adidas tracksuit bottoms, a black hoodie, and black trainers.
If you spot him, call 999 immediately. The Force Control Room is on high alert, but there have been no confirmed sightings since his escape.
Concerns Grow as Suspected Arson Incidents Spark Fears
Detective Superintendent Richard Tompkins said: “Johnny is serving a hospital order for convictions relating to arson and serious assault, which is why it is very important that the public do not approach him under any circumstances but should call 999 immediately.”
“We are investigating three separate overnight arson attacks on rubbish bags, all within a couple of miles of the hospital. These may be linked to Johnny.”
“Arson can have deadly consequences. We urge everyone to stay vigilant. If you see suspicious behaviour or fires started deliberately, call 999 straight away.”
