On October 29, 2022, a man was forcibly taken from his home in Nottingham’s Hyson Green area. Following the kidnapping, he was brutally assaulted by a gang. Disturbingly, threats were made against his family unless money was returned.
Despite the danger, the victim managed to make a daring escape from his captors. Nottinghamshire Police responded quickly, arresting three suspects who now face charges including kidnapping, false imprisonment, and assault causing actual bodily harm. These men remain in custody as the investigation is ongoing.
Detective Constable Rebecca Brosgarth of Nottinghamshire Police said, “This was a very serious and violent incident, and we are determined to get justice for the victim. We need to speak to the two men pictured urgently as our investigation into the incident continues. Do you know either of these two men? If so, contact police immediately.”
