Rhiley was last seen at approximately 11:10am wearing a black coat with brown fur trim on the hood, dark grey jogging bottoms, and a black and white tracksuit top. He is described as white, slim build, about 5ft 3in tall, with shaved brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities emphasize the importance of timely information to ensure Rhiley’s safe return. Anyone who has seen Rhiley or has information about his whereabouts is urged to act immediately.
