Essex Police are conducting an urgent search for 53-year-old Sarah Athanasiadis, who vanished from the Skitts Hill area of Braintree on the evening of Tuesday, 13 April.
Sarah is described as white, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, with blonde hair. She may be wearing a long beige coat. Officers believe she drove from her home to a nearby wooded area before she disappeared.
Sarah sent a photo to her family from her location, which includes distinctive landmarks. Police have released this image in the hope that someone will recognise the area and assist in locating her.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said, “We are worried about her and need to find her to make sure she’s okay.”
