Wiltshire Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident in Swindon where a stolen car struck a pedestrian, causing serious injuries. The collision occurred yesterday afternoon at approximately 3:35pm at the junction of Bay Tree Court and Pinehurst Road.

The vehicle involved was a green Vauxhall ADAM GLAM that had been stolen overnight from Swindon’s Old Town area. After the collision, the car was found abandoned near the crash site, but the two male suspects fled on foot towards Hornbeam Court.

Police have released descriptions of the suspects: one man was wearing blue jeans and a white top and had a beard, while the other was dressed entirely in black and wore a hat.

Authorities are urging local residents to check any Ring doorbell or CCTV footage that may have captured the stolen vehicle or the suspects. Such evidence could be crucial in identifying and apprehending those responsible for the hit-and-run.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting log 214 of 30 January. The investigation remains ongoing as officers continue their search for the suspects involved in this serious incident.
