Wiltshire Police are searching for witnesses following the discovery of a man with serious head injuries in Swindon late on 22 October 2024.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:55pm on Cirencester Way, near the Transfer Bridges Roundabout. Officers responded to reports of a pedestrian collapsed in lane one.
The victim, believed to be in his 50s, was quickly transported to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
Police established a cordon at the scene as investigations began. Although the road has since reopened, detectives continue to investigate the cause of the man’s injuries.
Wiltshire Police have urged anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information to come forward. Witnesses are asked to call 101 and quote reference number 354 of 22 October.
