Wiltshire Police are searching for witnesses following a brutal robbery near Toothill Community Centre on the evening of Friday, September 20. The victim, a man in his 40s, was attacked by three suspects between 8:40 pm and 9:10 pm while walking along a path.
The man sustained cuts to his head during the violent assault and required hospital treatment. The three suspects then fled the scene with some of the victim’s personal belongings.
Police have released descriptions of the suspects involved in the incident:
- Suspect One: Black male, dressed entirely in black, wearing a black baseball cap.
- Suspect Two: White male, seen wearing a white jumper with a blue stripe and jeans.
- Suspect Three: White male, dressed in white or grey clothing.
Officers are urging anyone who was in the area at the time or saw the suspects together to come forward. They are also requesting that residents check any CCTV, Ring doorbell, or dash cam footage from around 8:40 pm to 9:10 pm that could assist the investigation.
“We need the public’s help to identify those responsible and bring them to justice,” said a Wiltshire Police spokesperson.
