A woman was taken to hospital after a collision involving her car and a lorry at a busy Melksham roundabout.
The crash occurred around 4pm on Tuesday 9 December on the merge lane at Farmers Roundabout, located on the A350.
The collision involved a lorry and a small hatchback, which partially blocked the junction during the busy rush hour period.
Traffic was gridlocked for several hours as drivers faced significant delays due to the blockage.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that the female driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath for treatment.
The road remained closed for over three hours while emergency services cleared the wreckage and arranged for vehicle recovery, leading to severe disruption during the evening rush hour.
