A massive fire erupted in multiple railway arch units near Roxeth Green Avenue, South Harrow. The London Fire Brigade (LFB) launched a major operation, deploying 15 fire engines and approximately 100 firefighters to tackle the intense blaze that continued burning into the early hours.

Firefighters are bracing for a long battle as the scale of the fire remains severe. Crews have been working tirelessly throughout the night to bring the fire under control. Emergency teams are also managing potential explosion risks due to hazardous materials stored within the railway arches.

“Firefighters are working hard to bring the fire under control, but are likely to be on scene for several hours,” said an LFB spokesperson.

Nearby residents have been urged to stay indoors for their safety. Authorities advise following all updates from the London Fire Brigade and local officials. In case of emergency, residents should dial 999 immediately.
