Abbas Yusefi, 28, from Birmingham, has been charged with 44 counts of criminal damage to vehicles in Birmingham and Solihull. West Midlands Police responded after reports of numerous cars damaged along Moseley Road, Birmingham, on Friday 12 June, as well as earlier damage on Park Avenue, Solihull, on 1 June.

Yusefi has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on 15 June.

Multiple Vehicle Damage Reports

Police received calls regarding dozens of vehicles vandalised over a two-week span, prompting a swift investigation into the damage. These incidents include reports in both Birmingham city and the nearby Solihull area.

Suspect Charged And Remanded

Following the inquiries, Abbas Yusefi was arrested and formally charged with 44 criminal damage offences relating to the incidents. He remains in custody ahead of his court hearing today.
