Danny, an activist recognised for his persistent investigations into migrant activity at the Port of Dover, is currently in police custody and facing serious legal charges. His arrest comes after months of revealing critical issues in the English Channel, including the arrival of small boats and conditions at migrant processing facilities.

A few months ago, Danny was initially detained at the Port of Dover while publicising important information. More recently, he failed to attend a police station appointment due to car troubles, which has resulted in additional charges alongside two existing offences connected to his ongoing documentary work.

Danny’s investigations have often involved significant personal risk. He spent 14 hours on a boat capturing exclusive footage that highlights migrant crossings and future projections. His immersive filming inside migrant facilities has brought attention to the scale of small boat arrivals at Dover.

Following his failure to comply with police attendance requirements, Danny now faces further legal consequences. His lawyer has indicated there is a real possibility he could be remanded in custody as the case progresses.

The situation remains fluid, and UKNIP will provide updates as new information becomes available regarding Danny’s ongoing case and the police investigations related to his activism at Dover.
