An investigation into the exploitation of children who became involved in a countyline drug supply chain has resulted in charges being authorised against a man from London.
Enquiries were made by officers after children were reportedly brought from the London area to Chatham.
Daniel Garcia, 33, previously of Morton Gardens, London, was charged on Tuesday 1 December 2020 with three counts of facilitating the travel of a person with a view to exploit them.
He appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 3 December 2020 and he was remanded in custody. He is due before Maidstone Crown Court on Friday 15 January 2021.
