Woman suffers burns following mobile home fire near Canterbury

A woman has suffered burns to her hands, arms and feet following a fire involving a mobile home, caravan and an outbuilding in Hoath near Canterbury. The burns aren’t thought to be life-threatening. She was placed in the care of paramedics and taken to hospital. The woman in her 50s and two others were treated for smoke inhalation by firefighters. Kent Fire and Rescue Service sent two fire engines and crews used hose reel jets and main jet to tackle the fire in Old Tree Road. The cause of the blaze isn’t known at this time.
