Officers are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Gillingham.
The man, in his 60s, reported being spat at outside Brompton Pharmacy in Brompton High Street, Gillingham, on 22 May at 12.15pm.
The suspect spat at the victim three times before driving off in a car.
Two days before this incident the same suspect is reported to have pushed the victim near his home in Gillingham, causing the man to fall and break a finger.
Officers have carried out local enquiries, including reviewing CCTV, and are now in a position to appeal for witnesses.
