Breaking Gravesend KENT

The victim of an attempted robbery report in Gravesend is encouraged to contact Kent Police

 

Officers have been made aware of a teenage boy who appeared to be running from a man who pursued him on a bicycle in New Road at around 8.10pm on Thursday 17 February 2021. It is believed the man had attempted to rob him.

 

He ran into a supermarket, where he received assistance from shop staff, however he has not come forward to Kent Police.

 

The boy has not yet been identified and is described as being around 13, or 14, years of age. He was wearing a dark coloured coat, with a light brown fur lined hood at the time.

 

Police Constable Emma Laimbeer, from the Chief Constable’s Crime Squad, said: ‘The teenager we’re appealing to locate has done absolutely nothing wrong but we would really like to identify him so we can provide him with support and make sure he is ok.
