Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a kitchen fire on Hillside Avenue in Gravesend at 4.58pm on June 22.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire with a hose reel jet.
Two people were treated for smoke inhalation and handed over to the ambulance service.
The fire is thought to have been started by cooking.
