The alleged theft happened at around 8.30pm on 15 November 2020 at a service station on Sandling Road.
Investigating officer, PC Ben Jeffrey said: ‘We believe the vehicle involved may have been displaying a false registration number. We are now issuing a CCTV image of a man who may be able to help us with our enquiries. Whist the man is wearing a mask, we are hoping somebody will recognise him and contacts us.’
