Eight fire engines, a bulk water carrier and a height vehicle have been sent to the scene, and crews are working to extinguish the fire.
Crews are advising those living or working nearby to keep windows and doors closed as a precaution due to smoke, and to avoid the area where possible while the emergency services deal with the incident.
