Man Charged with Murder After Sissinghurst Woman Alexandra Morgan Vanishes

Mark Brown Held Over Alexandra Morgan Disappearance

The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised a murder charge against Mark Brown, 40, following the disappearance of Alexandra Morgan, a mother of two from Sissinghurst. Brown, from Squirrel Close in St-Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, was charged just before midnight on Sunday, 28 November 2021. He was remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance at Medway Magistrates’ on Monday 29 November.

Last Sighting at Petrol Station

Alexandra Morgan was last seen at 7:20am on Sunday 14 November at a petrol station near Cranbrook. Since then, the 31-year-old has had no contact with family or friends. The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate launched a murder investigation after Brown’s arrest on Thursday 25 November.
