Police swooped after a string of garage raids in McQueen Walk saw thousands of pounds’ worth of tools stolen early Friday morning.
Early Morning Burglaries Trigger Police Hunt
Around 7am on November 11, a local resident alerted police to multiple garage break-ins. Officers quickly launched an investigation and tracked down a suspect vehicle in Salisbury’s Roman Road area.
Suspect Nabbed and Released on Bail
A man in his 30s from Bemerton Heath was arrested on suspicion of non-dwelling burglary. He has since been released on bail while inquiries continue.
Police Urge Locals to Check CCTV for Clues
Detectives are calling on residents to review any CCTV, doorbell cameras, or dashcam footage from the night of November 10 and early morning November 11. They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who spotted a suspicious blue car in the area.
