Disturbing Threat in Upminster: Police Hunt Man After Woman Targeted

Police were called to a business on Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, at 12:30pm on Saturday, November 12, following a frightening incident.

Woman Threatened by Unknown Man

A woman in her fifties was approached by an unknown man who threatened her, leaving her shaken and scared. Thankfully, she was not physically harmed, but the ordeal caused great distress.

Suspect Still on the Loose

Officers combed the area immediately but failed to catch the suspect. Detectives have now released an E-FIT image to help identify the man responsible.

“Although the victim was not physically harmed in this incident, it was extremely distressing for her,” said PC Paul Goddard of East Area Command. “This man’s behaviour is disturbing. I urge anyone who recognises the person in this E-FIT to contact police immediately.”
