Man Found Dead with Knife Wounds in Eton Street Tragedy
In the early hours of Saturday, October 14, emergency services were called to a shocking scene on Eton Street. Police discovered a man with serious knife injuries at a house. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s family has been informed of the heartbreaking news.
Suspect Arrested as Murder Inquiry Launched
A 37-year-old man was quickly arrested on suspicion of murder. Officers remain at the scene and in the local area as the investigation unfolds. Detective Inspector Melanie Crutchley, leading the probe from the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, confirmed the suspect is in custody. She stressed there is no active search for others connected to the case.
