At around 4.20pm on Saturday, April 1, emergency crews found a 16-year-old boy suffering stab wounds in Blackheath Grove, SE3. Police and the London Ambulance Service quickly responded to the scene.
The teenager was taken to hospital where his injuries were confirmed as serious but not life-threatening. His next of kin have been informed.
Early investigations indicate that the assault occurred on a bus along Lee High Road, SE12. No suspects have been arrested so far as police continue their inquiries.

Authorities urge witnesses to come forward to help catch the attacker and ensure justice.
