The Metropolitan Police have identified the man who was fatally stabbed in Haringey as 36-year-old Gregory Castillo Volquez. He was a devoted father of two and originally from the Dominican Republic. Authorities have informed Gregory’s next of kin and are providing specialist support during this difficult time.

At 4:55 AM on Monday, 13 January, officers responded to reports of a fight at a home on Tiverton Road, Haringey. Emergency services, including London’s Air Ambulance, attended the scene. Despite their efforts, Gregory tragically died at the location.

A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Thursday, 16 January to determine the exact cause of death.

The Metropolitan Police have not made any arrests so far. Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this fatal attack. Residents can expect a heightened police presence as inquiries progress.
