Young Man Suffers Fractured Skull in Brutal Late-Night Attack
Between 1:30am and 3am on April 24, a man in his 20s was viciously assaulted near Sweetapple Close.
The victim sustained serious head injuries, including a fractured skull. He was rushed to Salisbury District Hospital, where he spent several days recovering before being discharged. Despite the severity of the attack, he has been unable to identify his attacker.
Police Appeal for Witnesses as Victim Battles Serious Injuries
“This was a nasty assault and unfortunately, the victim has not been able to provide a description of who is responsible,” said Detective Sergeant Toni Nugent. “He is still suffering with pain as he recovers.”
Officers are urgently seeking information from anyone who might have witnessed the attack or has CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage from the area that could assist the investigation.
