Three young men were stabbed during a brawl in New Addington on 15 April. Police were called to Goldcrest Way at 4.35pm following reports of a violent fight.

The victims, aged 15, 16, and 18, were taken to hospital with stab wounds. Officers have confirmed that two of the victims are in stable condition. However, they remain seriously concerned about the third victim, with further updates awaited from the hospital.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. Police have launched an urgent appeal for information and are asking anyone who witnessed the fight or has relevant details to contact them on 101, quoting reference 4941/15apr. Alternatively, anonymous tips can be submitted via Crimestoppers.

The Metropolitan Police have emphasised that tackling violent crime remains their top priority. In response to the incident, a Section 60 stop and search order has been activated across New Addington and northern Croydon wards, including Waddon, Fairfield, Parkhill, Whitgift, and Shirley South.

This order is in effect until 7am on 16 April. Officers will be patrolling throughout the night to enhance safety in Croydon. The police urge the community to support their efforts and remain vigilant.
