Man, 22, Charged with Rape in Late-Night Car Park Attack
Rooney Gardi, 22, from Calne Road, Lyneham, is facing serious rape charges after an incident in the Dammas Lane car park in the early hours of June 30.
Arrest and Court Appearance
Gardi was remanded in custody and made his first appearance at Swindon Magistrates Court on Saturday, July 6.
Next Hearing Set for August
He remains in custody ahead of his Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing (PTPH) scheduled for August 2 at Swindon Crown Court.
