Cocaine Dealer Liam Williams Busted in Crewe

Crackdown on Class A Drugs in Cheshire

Liam Williams, 27, of Furnival Street, Crewe, was locked up at Chester Crown Court on 5 December for dealing cocaine. Cheshire Police launched a probe after receiving tip-offs about drugs being supplied from his home.

Warrant Uncovers Class A Stash

On 11 November 2022, officers raided Williams’ address. They found £160 in cash slipped through the letterbox, a bag of cocaine, a wrap of heroin, digital scales, and snap bags used for dealing. Williams was also caught with multiple mobile phones.

Damning Evidence Seals the Deal

Forensic tests showed the scales had traces of cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis. Phone messages backed up the supply charges. Williams pleaded guilty at court on 5 October 2023, admitting his role in distributing class A drugs.

Police Issue Warning to Drug Dealers

“I welcome the sentence handed to Williams. Thanks to thorough investigation and strong evidence, he had no choice but to plead guilty,” said PC Steven Copeland of the Crewe Proactive CID Team.

“This should serve as a stark warning—we will keep cracking down hard on drug dealers to protect our communities.

“Anyone with info on drug activity should come forward. We will take it from there.”
