Hero Police Dog Kaiser Stabbed While Tackling Intruder
Police Dog Kaiser showed incredible bravery on 30 May 2021 during a tense Orpington patrol. Alongside his handler, PC Mark Woolcott, Kaiser was called to a report of an intruder prowling a back garden on Luxted Road.
Joining other officers, the duo launched a search and soon found a man hiding down a nearby track. When Kaiser moved to subdue him, the suspect brutally stabbed the dog up to five times on the head and once below his eye.
Kaiser Keeps Control Despite Serious Injuries
Miraculously, Kaiser held onto the attacker, giving officers time to arrest him. His fierce loyalty and courage undoubtedly saved PC Woolcott and the public from potential life-threatening harm.
Kaiser was rushed to the vets, where his injuries were treated. Thankfully, he escaped lasting damage.
