Man Charged Over Brutal Trowbridge Assault
A 24-year-old man has been charged after a vicious assault left a man in his 20s needing hospital treatment for serious facial injuries.
Attack on Castle Street
The violent incident happened on Castle Street, Trowbridge, late Saturday night (26/09). The victim suffered severe facial wounds and was rushed to hospital.
Suspect Remanded in Custody
Police arrested Joshua James, 24, from Holt. He faces a charge of section 18 GBH—the most serious form of grievous bodily harm—and has been remanded in custody. He is set to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court this morning.
Second Man Released Under Investigation
A second man in his 20s from Trowbridge was also arrested but has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
