Thames Valley Police Crack Down: Henley Vehicle Thief Banned from Town Centre

Paul Thatcher, 44, from Tilehurst, has been slapped with a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after a string of vehicle thefts around Henley on Thames.

Thatcher Ordered to Stay Away from Henley

The Oxford Magistrates’ Court handed down the CBO on Wednesday 14 October, banning Thatcher from entering or lingering in Henley Town Centre. The ban covers the entire area shown on the official police map.

Thames Valley Police acted swiftly following multiple reports of thefts from vehicles in Henley. The tough order aims to protect the community and curb further crime.

“This CBO is a strong preventative step to keep Henley safe,” a police spokesperson said.
