Andrew and Tristan Tate are set to return to the UK to face serious criminal charges once their Romanian legal battles wrap up, their lawyer has confirmed.

Lawyer Spills on Tate Brothers’ UK Return

On Thursday, the Tate brothers’ lawyer, Andrew Ford, announced:

“The Tates will return to face UK allegations following the conclusion of ongoing proceedings in Romania.”

The announcement comes amid a storm of international charges against the pair, including rape, human trafficking, and actual bodily harm.

Grim UK Charges Laid Out

Bedfordshire Police reveals:

  • Andrew Tate, 38, faces 10 charges such as:
    • Rape
    • Actual bodily harm (ABH)
    • Human trafficking
    • Controlling prostitution for gain
  • These relate to three women and allegedly span from 2012 to 2015.
  • Tristan Tate, 36, faces 11 charges linked to one woman, including:
    • Rape
    • Actual bodily harm
    • Human trafficking

The brothers “unequivocally deny” all accusations, according to their legal team. An international arrest warrant is out, and extradition is expected after the Romanian court gives the green light.

Romanian Legal Drama Continues

The Tate duo currently face separate criminal probes in Romania, accused of:

  • Trafficking minors
  • Alleged sexual relations with a minor
  • Money laundering investigations
  • Human trafficking and organised crime related to the sexual exploitation of women

One major trafficking case has been sent back to Romanian prosecutors for review, delaying any final verdicts.

What’s Next for the Tate Brothers?

UK prosecutors have formally requested extradition. The Tates’ lawyers say their clients will fully cooperate with the British judicial system once Romanian cases close.

Details of the UK charges, approved in January 2024, have only just been made public and are expected to ignite significant media firestorm upon the brothers’ return.

Who Are the Tates?

Andrew Tate, a former kickboxing champ turned divisive online influencer, and his brother Tristan have racked up millions of followers. But their reputation is under heavy fire due to widespread allegations of abuse, exploitation, and misogyny connected to their public image.
