Lorry Smashes Into Broken-Down Car
At 9.06pm, a white lorry traveling westbound between Stallingborough and Brocklesby collided with a stationary blue Ford Focus that had broken down in the middle of the road.
Police Launch Complex Investigation
Specialist officers are supporting the families of the victims, confirmed Humberside Police. A spokesperson said, “The full circumstances of the collision will be established during this complex investigation. We ask people not to speculate.”
Police Probe and Witness Appeal
Before the crash, multiple calls were made about the broken-down vehicle. Humberside Police have referred the case to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) and urge any witnesses to come forward.
