Woman in Her 40s Found Dead on Station Road
Police were called just before 8pm on Tuesday, May 9, to a property on Station Road. On arrival, officers discovered the body of a woman believed to be in her 40s.
The woman’s identity has not yet been formally confirmed. Her next of kin have been informed and are receiving support from specialist officers.
Young Woman Arrested Over Murder
A 25-year-old woman from Bordon has been arrested on suspicion of murder. She remains in police custody as inquiries continue.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Detective Chief Inspector Emma Crute, leading the investigation, said: “We want to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything on Station Road between 3pm and 8pm yesterday.
“No piece of information is too small. Please come forward with any details, CCTV footage, or dash cam videos. Call 101 quoting Operation Cleome.”
Expect a heavier police presence in the area while officers carry out investigations. Residents with concerns are urged to approach officers on-site.
