Fugitive Dean Woods Nabbed in Germany Over Lisa Brown Disappearance

Dean Woods, linked to the mysterious vanishing of Lisa Brown in 2015, has finally been caught in Germany. This comes more than ten months after he escaped from prison, sparking fresh hope in a baffling case that has haunted Lisa’s family for years.

Lisa Brown’s Vanishing Still a Mystery

Lisa Brown, 32, from Scotland, disappeared without a trace on November 4, 2015. She lived in Guadiaro, San Roque, Spain, with her eight-year-old son. Alarm bells rang when Lisa failed to pick up her son from school four days later.

Police found signs of violence in her apartment, deepening the mystery surrounding her fate. Despite extensive inquiries, Lisa’s whereabouts remain unknown.

Dean Woods: From Suspect to Fugitive

Lisa’s former boyfriend, Simon Corner—also known as Dean Woods—a luxury yacht dealer, quickly became the prime suspect. After being questioned, he fled Spain. He was caught in Denmark in April 2016 and extradited back to Spain where he was jailed.

In late 2017, Woods broke bail conditions and vanished again. A European Arrest Warrant was issued, and he was later arrested at Heathrow Airport. However, weak evidence led to the case being shelved, and he returned to prison.

New Arrest Sparks Mixed Emotions

Woods’ latest capture in Germany has stirred both hope and concern among Lisa’s family. The arrest reopens the investigation and raises questions about whether he will finally be brought to justice.

Lisa’s mother said, “Thank you to each and every one for the support. Hopefully one day we’ll get answers.”

The search for Lisa Brown carries on, with her loved ones desperate for closure and justice.
