Vandal Spree Hits Bramley Station Vehicles – Police Seek Public Help
British Transport Police (BTP) are on the hunt after a string of vehicle vandalism incidents at Bramley Railway Station in Hampshire. Furious owners found their cars smashed and ransacked, and officers need the public’s eyes and ears to crack the case.
Damaged Cars and Released CCTV
- On the night of Sunday, July 31 to Monday, August 1, a Vauxhall Corsa had its rear and offside windows smashed and was thoroughly ransacked.
- Earlier on Wednesday, July 12, a Mercedes A Class suffered similar damage with windows smashed and the interior trashed.
To help identify the culprits, BTP has released CCTV images featuring two individuals who may hold vital clues.
16 Incidents Since March – Investigation Underway
These cases are part of a worrying pattern, with 16 separate car vandalism reports at Bramley Station since March 2024. Officers confirm progress is being made but stress public tips could be the breakthrough they need.
