A 28-year-old man has been arrested following two disturbing incidents of indecent exposure in Durrington, near Salisbury, Wiltshire.

On the morning of Friday, 3 May 2025, at around 10am, the suspect was seen exposing himself openly on The Ham in Durrington, close to a children’s play area.

Just two days later, at 7.45am on Sunday, 5 May, the same man allegedly exposed himself to a woman walking her dog along the gravel track between School Road and The Ham.

Wiltshire Police have described the suspect as a white male, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, with a short beard. He was wearing a black hoodie, black cap, dark sunglasses, black jogging bottoms, and black trainers at the time of the incidents.

The 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and has since been released on bail. As part of his bail conditions, he is prohibited from entering Durrington while the investigation continues.

Police are urging anyone with information about these incidents to come forward. Witnesses can contact Wiltshire Police by calling 101 and quoting crime number 54250054045, or by emailing [email protected]. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Wiltshire Police emphasize the importance of community vigilance to help catch offenders and ensure the safety of local residents.
