Teen Dies in Hackney Stabbing Horror
A 15-year-old boy was fatally stabbed in Hackney on Wednesday night, sparking a major police probe.
Stabbing Shocker on Somerford Grove
Police rushed to Somerford Grove at 9.54pm after reports of a stabbing. Officers found the teenager with serious injuries. Despite emergency first aid and London’s Air Ambulance arriving swiftly, he was pronounced dead at 9.49pm.
Second Teen Injured Nearby
A 16-year-old male was also found with stab wounds on Shacklewell Road. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police Launch Full Murder Investigation
The Homicide and Major Crime Command are now handling the case. A section 60 order has been imposed across Hackney to curb violence. No arrests have been made yet, and inquiries continue.
