Couple Caught Trying to Pass Counterfeit Cash
A brazen couple were spotted in Uckfield on Wednesday attempting to pass off fake £50 notes. But this isn’t their first target — they have also struck in nearby Forest Row.
Confronted and Fled!
One vigilant retailer challenged them on their dodgy cash. Instead of owning up, the pair bolted, leaving the fake notes behind.
