Ambassador Brings Dragons to Life in Spanish
British Ambassador Matthew Hedges delighted young fans by reading Chapter 19, “The Hungarian Horntail,” in Spanish. He highlighted the chapter’s significance:
“It is a pleasure to share this chapter where we learn about these magical creatures, including a Welsh dragon.
As you know, the Welsh flag has a dragon in it!”
Test Your Potter Knowledge – The Ultimate Quiz
Attendees battled it out in a trivia contest focused on The Goblet of Fire, the book featuring the iconic Triwizard Tournament. The nail-biting finale came down to the question: “What was the true prize of the Triwizard Tournament?” (Spoiler: It’s more than just the Triwizard Cup!)
With cheers and friendly rivalry, the evening wrapped up on a magical high. The British Embassy and BOOKS bookstore can’t wait to bring this enchanting event back next year.
