Firefighters Race to Tackle Blaze Spreading from Shed to Home in Hilsea
Three Fire Stations Join Forces
Fire crews from Cosham, Southsea, and Portchester scrambled to a shed fire on Magdalene Road, Hilsea, Saturday evening. The blaze quickly escalated, spreading from the shed to a nearby property.
Swift Action Saved Lives
With people reported inside the property, firefighters didn’t waste a second. Wearing breathing apparatus, they deployed two hose reels and a main jet to douse the flames and stop the fire from raging further.
All Residents Safe and Sound
Paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service were also on scene. Thankfully, all occupants were accounted for and escaped unharmed.
